You must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid phone number and delivery address, when placing an order. Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete details may be delayed or cancelled.

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, sizing, and pricing. However:

• Product colours may appear slightly different due to camera lighting or your device’s screen settings
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time

To place an order, select your preferred size and colour, add the item to your cart, and complete checkout with your delivery details. You will receive an order confirmation via SMS, email, or phone call. Placing an order does not guarantee stock availability until confirmed by our team.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer where applicable. Full payment (or the applicable advance, if any) must be completed through your chosen method before or upon delivery, as specified at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, or courier delays. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will typically attempt redelivery or contact you; repeated failed attempts may result in the order being returned.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for the following cases, reported within 48 hours of delivery:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product
• Manufacturing defect

Returned or exchanged products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags intact. Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please see our FAQ page for full details on this process.

You may request an order change or cancellation before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. We also reserve the right to cancel an order due to an incorrect phone number, failure to respond to verification calls, stock unavailability, or an incomplete delivery address.
